It’s official!  Le Marché Fermier Morin-Heights opening day of June 6th marked the beginning of summer and … BBQ!

Lamb chop marinade

– 4 Laine d’Argenteuil lamb chops
– 1/4 tasse huile d’olive
– 1/4 tasse apple cider vinegar
– 1 tbsp salty herbs
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/4 tasse jus d’abricot (or your favourite fruit juice)
– 1/4 tasse menthe fraîche
– 1/4 tasse mélisse fraîche

Mélanger tous les ingrédients, laissez tremper pendant au moins 1 heure.

Griller TOUS, même les herbes…

serve with side of grilled asparagus & fresh market salad
